We happen to have a huge bag of ripe avocados from California this week (super yum). I have a special place in my heart for this versatile fruit because my daughter could devour tons of it as a baby. I used to keep a half of an avocado in my diaper bag, with a spoon for easy access. With another baby on the way, I know this trusted and healthy fruit will have a place in my everyday life within the year.
